SINGAPORE POLICE FORCE (SPF) : 1998 - 2014

Head Planning Organisation Development, Police Coast Guard : Sept 2012 – Nov 2014

  • Managed a branch within the Police Coast Guard (PCG) responsible for strategic and corporate planning, foreign relations and external liaison and corporate and internal communications.
  • Helped oversee the PCG’s resources in terms of budget, headcount and fulfilment of key performance indicators.
  • In charge of visits from both local and foreign agencies and PCG’s bilateral relations with other coast guard agencies in the region and overseas.

Head of Operations Training, Bedok Police Division : Jan 2010 – Aug 2011

  • Responsible for overseeing the day to day policing and co-ordination of police operations including on-scene management of major cases within Bedok Police Division in Eastern Singapore.
