Pledge: The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Public Notice: Clerk reported that agendas were posted on June 16, 2015.
Public Comment: None. The Board recessed to the parking lot where they inspected and viewed the new John Deere 6105M tractor and Tiger mowers recently put in service. After 10 minutes, the Board came back to order inside the Town Hall.
Minutes: MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): to dispense with the minutes and treasurer’s reports. Carried on voice vote.
Temporary Class B: MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): to approve Lester Nass as agent for St. Peters Church for the June 26 Thrivent Concert. Carried on voice vote with Vawter voting nay. MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): to approve a Temporary Class “B” (picnic beer) License for St. Peters Church for the Bandshell Concession Stand at the Lebanon Firemen’s Park, N2025 County Road R, Section 8, for June 26, 2015 Thrivent Concert. Carried on voice vote with Vawter voting nay.
Class A License: MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): To approve Richard Reichert – N438 Beverly Drive, Watertown, WI 53098 agent for Reichert’s on R, LLC – N894 County Road R, Watertown. Carried on voice vote with Vawter voting nay. MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): To approve a Class A combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and intoxicating liquors for consumption away from the premises for the term of one year from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 for:

Disposition of old tractor & mower: Boyd did place an ad on the Wisconsin Towns Association website for free. Board agreed to place an ad in the next Towns Association monthly newsletter at a cost of $25.00. Consensus of the Board was to sell the tractor and mowers as is for $12,500.00. Price is negotiable if we have to pay for some of the needed repairs.
Additional Bills: MOTION (Fredrick, Vawter): to pay bills as presented in the amount of $31,668.02. Carried by voice vote with no negatives.
Board Member Reports and Future Agenda Items: A. Board consensus to move the July Board meeting to Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 8:00 pm. B. Complaints have been received about dirt piles on land at W4695 Morningside Road. The County said that the dirt piles are ok since they are on private land not in the flood plain or wetlands however they should have erosion control. The County will send the owner a letter. The same location now has cattle grazing in the road ditch. Brent Boyd will talk to the owner about moving his fence back out of the road right-of-way. C. Put the development of a Lebanon Facebook page on the next agenda.
