Dumpster Accommodation
THIS ADDENDUM made and entered into this ____ day of ______, 2_____, by and between ______(Resident)
and Monarch Properties, Inc., d.b.a. Vista Linda Apartments (Owner/Agent).
It is the policy of National Housing Corporation (Owner of Vista Linda) to provide persons with disabilities the accommodations and access equal to, or similar to, that which is available to the general public as required by all local ordinances and state and federal laws (ANSI, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing Access Act).
National Housing Corporation through its Agent, Monarch Properties, Inc. notifies Resident to his/her right to an accommodation regarding access to trash dumpsters. Any resident who, due to a disability, is unable to open the Dumpster and dispose trash inside it may consult the manager about available accommodations.
Please advise the Vista Linda management office in advance if you wish to exercise this accommodation at any time during your term of lease.
