INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES

  1. Please keep the font format (type and size) for all document sections in this template and remove the brackets [] after filling in the text. All bracketed sections must be filled in with text or figure and the brackets removed.
  2. Maximum document length is TWO pages, but it can be shorter. Documents larger than two pages will not be reviewed.
  3. Only one figure is allowed (it is desirable to have one illustrative figure, but not mandatory tough). You can use a two-column format for the width of the figure (ie. if a larger figure size is needed). Documents with more than one figure will not be reviewed.
  4. There is no length limit for the abstract here (the limit of 250 words is only for the short abstract to be submitted through the web form. Obviously, you can keep the same short abstract here, but you also have the option to extend it a little bit here if you want).
  5. Speaker author can be any author (first, middle, last), but speaker author name must be underlined and must be the corresponding author* which email address is provided in this document and in the web form (use this symbol ‘*’ to refer the corresponding author).
  6. Sections names, order and structure can be edited/modified/deleted, if you think that is better suited for the presentation of your research (for example, to have results and discussion splitted into two sections instead of one common section; or to have methods section at the end, after results and discussion; or to remove discussion section).
