Add Equipment to the Lists of Eligible Equipment

per the SB1 Guidelines or for the Emerging Renewables Program

If you are a renewable energy equipment manufacturer and your product meets the criteria for being listed as eligible for one of the Renewable Energy Programs you may have your product placed on our list of eligible equipment. Please check theappropriate program guidebookfor the criteria. The guidebooks can be downloaded at the following websites:

The Energy Commission has created forms to identify information required for listing eligible equipment. To add equipment to the eligible equipment lists, please fill out the appropriate form and submit the form to the Energy Commission. The list of eligible equipment is updated monthly and posted on the Energy Commission websites at:

Submit completed forms to the Energy Commission by email to.Please include a subject lineindicating the appropriate category of eligible equipment.

INVERTER FORM

Eligibility per SB1 Guidelines or the Emerging Renewables Program

1. / Manufacturer name
2. / Model number
3. / Inverter type (utility interactive only) / Utility Interactive
4. / DC source (battery, PV, or wind)
5. / Brief description (up to 80 characters)
6. / Inverter meets metering requirements*
7. / Documentation that inverter was certified to UL 1741 by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) recognized by OSHA to certify to the UL 1741 test standard**
8. / Attach Test report from Nationally Recognized Test Laboratory***

* Metering requirements are shown on the meter form and in the applicable guidebook. Indicate if metering is an optional feature.

** IncludeUL 1741 certification letter indicating authorization to apply the NRTL’s mark.

*** Additional testing requirements and reporting are required per the SB1 Guidelines and identified in the applicable guidebook. No additional testing is required for the Emerging Renewables Program.

SYSTEM PERFORMANCE METER FORM
