Active Learning Week 4th – 8thJuly 2016 - ULTIMATE CHALLENGE

STUDENTS WILL MEETIN THE SPORTS HALL EACH MORNING

The week has a variety of physical activities which I hope the students will enjoy and also find challenging in some cases. Whilst none of the activities involved are hazardous they do involve students in physical situations, sometimes independently. They will need to show good behavior as well as respect for instructions given by both school staff and activity centre staff. The students will also be expected to represent the college positively when involved with members of the general public. Failure to behave sensibly and follow instructions may lead to removal from further activity. School uniform does not need to be worn during Active Learning Week.

No lunch is provided on any of the days for this weeks’ activity so students will need to bring with them enough food and drink for each day. If your child is entitled to free school meals a lunch will be provided by the College canteen.

The Colleges’, Tree surfing, and Go Karting, completed consent forms are required for students to be able to participate.
