Action Plan For State Coordinators

  1. Research the following state contacts for addresses, phone numbers, emails, and twitter accounts in your state:
  1. Governor
  2. Your US Senators and Congressmen/women
  3. State Attorney General
  4. State Secretary of Education
  5. State Inspector General
  6. Civil Rights Division
  7. State Senators, Representatives, and Education Committee

2. Prepare your own letter or use our template-sample cover letter to request an investigation to stop the child abuse. Send this cover letter to all of the above list with your documentation packet and Press Release.

3. Send this information on September 20, 2017 to coordinate with the national Press Release that we will issue to all major media. Add your name to the list.

4. Email, post, Facebook, tweet to all other contacts on your lists including your local media asking them to contact everyone on lists #1 (state) and # 5 (federal).

5. Email, tweet and contact President Trump, Vice President Pence, Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, Attorney General Sessions, HELP Committee, Federal Inspector General, and the Civil Rights Division, Congressman Rokita. You can even send the information via registered/return receipt snail mail. Where emails are not available use FAX information, if provided, to send our documents. You can also call the office and ask how to send documents/press release to them.

Write a letter to the President/VP

Here are a few simple things you can do to make sure your message gets to the White House as quickly as possible.

  1. If possible,email us! This is the fastest way to get your message to President Trump.
  2. If you write a letter, please consider typing it on an 8 1/2 by 11 inch sheet of paper. If you hand-write your letter, please consider using pen and writing as neatly as possible.
  3. Please include your return address on your letter as well as your envelope. If you have an email address, please consider including that as well.
  4. And finally, be sure to include the full address of the White House to make sure your message gets to us as quickly and directly as possible:
