Hours/Weeks per year / Term time : 20 hours per week 36 weeks a year
School Holidays:There is a reduction to 16 hours a week in the school holidays over 6 weeks.

Responsibilities / Admissions
  • Assist Marketing and Admissions Managers in all aspects of admissions
  • Acting as first point of contact for enquiries from prospective parents.
  • Processing registrations and acceptances.
  • Maintenance of registration and waiting lists.
  • Updating the school database with prospective pupils, new starters and leavers.
  • Compiling Entrance Assessment pupil information.
  • Compiling and sending out offer packs and new pupil packs.
  • Assist the Marketing and Admissions Managers in arranging viewings of the school for prospective parents.
  • Gather data and provide regular key performance indicator (KPI) reports/admissions statistics.
  • Maintain the Admissions Register monthly.
Marketing
  • Assist with the implementation of the Marketing Strategy.
  • Assist with the publication of the termly magazine, Warwick Prep Life and fortnightly e-shots, Squirrel News.
  • Provide market research data as necessary.
  • Assist with competitor analysis.
  • Take photographs/video of pupils/staff/events for website and publications. Keep up to date with pupils not to be photographed.
  • Monitor press coverage in local papers, magazines and websites.
  • Maintain library of digital photographs.
  • Assist with updating the school website.
  • Assist with social media platforms
  • Assist with updating social media avenues for the School.
  • Co-ordinate mailings for all school open days and marketing events.
  • Attendance at open events (during weekends and evenings) may be necessary.
Other responsibilities
  • Provide school office cover during the school holidays if required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications and Skills /
  • Completed a broad education that includes GCSE grade C and above in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office programs and other administration software.

Experience and Knowledge /
  • Previous experience of working in a marketingenvironment (desirable)
  • Experience of database operation

  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities: very methodical with good attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and to prioritise workload without constant supervision.
  • Ability to write in excellent English with high standard of grammar and literacy.
  • Be hard working, proactive and self-sufficient.
  • Be able to work under pressure and multi task whilst meeting deadlines and producing work that is detailed and accurate.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude and acceptance of working within an environment that has numerous interruptions and changing workload demands.
