Parking
Self-parking in the parking garageis complimentary at Sapphire Falls for the evening of Promonly. Valet parking price will NOT be waived.
Dress
Men should wear a tuxedo or a professional business suit. Proper shoes required - No tennis shoes, sandals, flip-flops, etc. will be allowed.
Ladies wear formal/semi-formal dresses or gowns. Bikini-style tops, bare midriff or inappropriate apparel will not be permitted. No tennis shoes, sandals, flip-flops, etc. will be allowed.
Administration reserves the right to refuse entrance to any student not appropriately dressed.
Prom is a formal dance for high school age students. Please make certain that guests are within this age group. No students in middle school or above 21 will be permitted.
Registration
All students are to register at the desk in the lobby of the ballroom area (Kingston Ballroom). Studentnames and prom tickets will be cross-referenced by our chaperones so students may NOT switch ticket numbers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience during the registration process.Absolutely NOtickets will be sold at the door.
Dinner
Doors to the ballroom will open at7:00pm.Dinner will be served buffet style at7:30pm – 9:30pmand dessert from8:30pm – 10:30pm.Upon entering the ballroom, find a table and be seated. NO ASSIGNED SEATING.This large window of time will allow you to get up and serve yourself at your convenience.Doors will reopen to the lobby and photography areas after dinner has been served.
FYI
All students must attend dinner. Students who are late will NOT be admitted after8:30pm– please be prompt –allow yourself plenty of time as trafficissometimes quite heavy.For safety and security reasons, students will not be permitted to re-enter prom once they have left the immediate areas of the ballroom/lobby. All school rules apply.
Remember to bring your prom ticket and identification.
Sorry, we cannot issue refunds.We must pay the hotel for all students who have purchased a ticket.

Directions to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort
From the Turnpike (North or South):
Take exit 259 (I-4 interchange), take I-4 heading West,
(towards Tampa). Take exit 74B toward Universal. Stay straight on Adventure Way,
at the first traffic light, turn right
for the entrance of Sapphire Falls Resort.

Take exit 74B toward Universal. Stay straight on Adventure Way,
at the first traffic light, turn right
for the entrance of Sapphire Falls Resort.

From the Airport:
Take the North exit out of the airport onto
Expwy (528) West (towards International Dr, Convention Ctr).
Continue on to I-4 East (towards Daytona).
Take I-4 East to exit 75A at Universal. At the end of
the exit ramp, take a left onto Universal Blvd.
At the second light, turn left onto Hollywood Way.
Continue on Hollywood Way to the third light, make a left onto Adventure Way.
Entrance to Loews Sapphire Falls will be on your left.

Take I-4 East to exit 75A at Universal. At the end of
the exit ramp, take a left onto Universal Blvd.
At the second light, turn left onto Hollywood Way.
