Achievement and Capability Plan
An Achievement and Capability Plan (ACP) is an active record which assists you to keep a track of your progress in meeting the current service delivery expectations of your role as well as allows you to map out your professional development goals. You complete your ACP through a discussion or a series of discussionswith your supervisor. This discussion should be an open, fluid process where both parties provide and receive feedback. The outcomes of your discussions are recorded in your ACP.

- Employee Assistance Service
- WHS and RTW roles, local Safety Wellbeing & Injury Management (SWIM) team, corporate HRES SWIM team
- WHS consultation arrangements / WHS representatives / WHS Committees
- emergency response procedures
- how to report workplace hazards, incidents, injury or illness
- how to access information on WHS programs and training
- address any workstation set up issues e.g. desk height is too low/high
