EMPLOYER SURVEY

for

Accredited Medical Illustration Programs

Dear ______

Directors of accredited medical illustration programs seek to provide students with the skills required to be valuable contributors to the profession. The best feedback we can get is from you, an employer of a recent graduate. We will use the information you provide on the enclosed survey to enhance our program, ensuring future graduates will meet your needs. This survey is conducted approximately six to twelve months after employment begins to assess the level of competency of graduates.

The data collected will be utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum, strengthen our graduate program, and make certain the material covered is appropriate for entry level positions as medical illustrators.

The following information is strictly confidential. Neither you nor your company’s name will be associated with the compiled data.

If you are employing more than one graduate of an accredited medical illustration program, please submit a copy of this survey for each employee.

Thank you in advance for your input.
