Account Administrator
We are currently seeking an Account Administratorto manage an assigned group of business to business accounts receivables through direct customer contact in order to minimize past due balances. Responsibilities include contacting assigned accounts directly to effectively collect outstanding monies, ensure barriers to payment (such as proper approvals and expired PO's), conduct research as necessary and follow through to resolution (successful collection and application) and develop effective relationships with customers. Qualified candidates should possess 3 years of experience in Credit, Collection and Administration along with strong MS Excel skills and good communications skills. AA or equivalent preferred.
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative manages a select group of accounts in an assigned territory. Fields customer inquiries via telephone or email and identifies and evaluates customer needs. Converts customers’ needs to orders for the appropriate product, program or service. Develops business opportunities for the Company's products and services by contacting existing and potential customers. Qualified candidates should possess knowledge generally gained through 3-7 years of inside sales experience or other experience dealing directly with customers, knowledge of test and measurement equipment, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree, technical training certificate or equivalent preferred.
Electronic Technician Mentor
The Electronic Technician Mentor monitors production, provides training and serves as a mentor for assigned work group. Provides oversight and technical triage for vendor repair items and customer complaints and verifies automation and pool standards used by the work group while maintaining current knowledge of new technologies and products. Qualified candidates should possess 6-8 years of experience in electronic troubleshooting and repair, in-depth understanding of metrology principles, knowledge of industry standards and quality practices, ability to modify or create automated test/calibration programs, and must be proficient in PC operation. PMEL certification or a technical degree in electronics.
Senior Programmer/Analyst SQL .Net
We are seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst SQL .Net to support the development of software in both the ASP.Net environment and legacy applications. Responsibilities include, developing advanced custom programs written in web-based languages, implementing and maintaining complex databases and web pages, applying comprehensive knowledge to all phases of database and web development, testing and installing modified programs into production. Qualified candidates should possess experience in the design of database, stored procedures, and triggers using Microsoft SQL Server, knowledge of Visual Basic and ASP. Net, and must have excellent communication skills. Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent experience in application development.
