Introduction

The Cowshed at Grounds Farm is a self catering unit converted from 19th Century brick built farm building located on a working farm approx 1.5 km from Kenilworth town centre.

The property is single storey and has one bedroom and sleeps up to 2 people.

  • The nearest bus stop is in Kenilworth1.6 km. This bus service is on the Leamington to Coventry route x17 or 12.
  • The nearest railway station is Tilehill 6.58km away and has services to Birmingham and Coventry.
  • Accessible taxis are available from Call line and Abbey Cabs in Kenilworth.
  • The nearest shop mobility is in Leamington spa.

Arrival and car parking facilities

  • Parking is available directly outside the cottage no more than 3m from the property entrance. The car park has a gravel surface.
  • There is a paved surface leading to the front door.
  • The property is left open ready for your arrival.
  • There is usually someone available to greet guests and can give a familiarisation tour if requested. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival.
  • There is external lighting on for the hours of darkness until 11pm.

  • The access is straight into the living room with laminate wood flooeing with a doormat

  • There is level access to all areas.
  • There is space for a wheel chair.
  • The sofa height is 390mm.
  • TV is wall mounted with centre at 850mm at height. It has subtitles

  • There is space round the table for a wheel chair. The height under the dining table is 600mm. Seating is upright wooden chairs without arms.

  • There is a small area for seating outside the property which is level with the front access path
  • Wooden garden furniture is available (table and chairs)
  • The surface is paved then gravel.
  • The garden is not fenced off.
