  2. Identify/develop funding priorities through collaborative planning institutional leaders + the Foundation
  3. Educate partners + the Foundation on fundraising priorities
  4. Consider every University event as advancement opportunity
  5. Fundraising effectiveness, success, + accountability are responsibilities of deans, development officers, + Foundation leadership, and used as criteria for evals+ hiring
  6. Engage students +families, faculty, staff, +community in investing in URI
  7. Every institutional advisory council + board member participate in URI giving

  1. Clarify roles, responsibility, and expectations of each fundraising partner
