Absolutely Necessary:
Your folder/Music (band, choir, strings)
Your Instrument (band/strings)
Water Bottle to re-fill
A packed lunch for the first day
A sleeping Bag
A Pillow
A watch!!
Pencils (you must have a writing utensil at all times!)
Personal Prescriptions/Medications you may need
Suggested Clothing:
Please pack more clothing than you think you'll need as it may rain or snow for the full time you are there. We never know what the weather will be like!. Also, plan on being outside for most of the day. Layers are the best option. We would suggest bringing:
Warm waterproof winter coat/ jacket (think wet cold snow!!)
Stable Outdoor Shoes suitable for snow -Its a good idea to bring 2 pairs of footwear as one pair might get wet. A pair of boots and a pair of runners would be good options. There may be snow at loon lake, and we will be standing in it.
Warm sweater/sweatshirt
toque
gloves or mittens
warm Pyjamas
Flip flops for the shower
Daily clothing for 3 days:
- Enough undergarments and socks ( bring extra socks in case some pairs get wet!)
- Casual Layers: assortment of heavier and lighter clothing (t-shirts, sweatpants, jeans, long sleeved lighter shirt or thin sweater, sweatshirts)
- Belt (optional)
Toiletries, etc:
Toothpaste/toothbrush
Hairbrush/comb/hair products (gel, spray, bobby pins, elastics, etc)
Deodorant
Shampoo and conditioner
Soap or facewash/ bodywash
Towel for the Shower
Lip balm/chap stick
Sunscreen
Any orthodontics gear you use regularly (retainer, elastics, etc)
Personal medications
Eyeglasses/contacts/contact solution
Women:
- blow dryer/straightening iron (share between cabin mates)
- sanitary supplies if needed
Other packing items:
munchies for snacks/evenings
deck of cards/small games
Camera
Flashlight
Sunglasses
Big Plastic Garbage Bag to store any wet clothing/towels in your bag for the return trip home.

Spending Money:
You do not need ANY spending money. All meals are covered and there is no “tuck shop” of any kind at the camp.
***Please pack only what you can carry in one trip on your own. You may bring 1 bag for luggage only plus a back pack.
