About the American College of Healthcare Executives Middle Tennessee Chapter

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the ACHE was formed to provide networking opportunities, education and career development at the local level. Its main purpose is to advance the foundational structure of healthcare administration as a profession and increase the purposeful development and mentorship of future healthcare leaders in Middle Tennessee. Our geographic area covers Bedford, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Giles, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Montgomery, Moore, Perry, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Wayne Williamson and Wilson counties.

The Middle Tennessee Chapter was established in 2005 and currently has over 160 members working in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, health systems, health plans, home health, long-term care, and group practices. Members include physicians, nurses, pharmacists, consultants, students / faculty, administrators, and more.

Our Chapter will host five or more education and networking events throughout the Middle Tennessee region this year. These events will be attended by some of the top executives in the Middle Tennessee region. SponsorshipGuidelines

The following guidelines apply to all ACHEMT Sponsorship arrangements:

  1. The ACHEMT Chapter reserves the right to refuse sponsorship for any reason.
  2. A Sponsor relationship is not considered started until payment is received by ACHEMT.
  3. Annual sponsorships are for a 12-month period or designated event.
  4. Acceptance as a Sponsor does not constitute The Chapter’s endorsement of any specific product or service, and Sponsors will not allege or imply such endorsement in their written or oral communications.
  5. No Sponsor will use the ACHEMTChapter logo nor the American College of Health care Executives (ACHE) logo in any form.
  6. When communicating with Chapter members, the Sponsors will address the strengths of its own products and services, and not allege weaknesses in competitor products. Unless expressly permitted, any Chapter mailing list(s) that may be provided to a Sponsor is for Sponsor use only. Violation of use is grounds for revocation of Annual Sponsorship benefits, without refund or compensation.
  7. In advance, the Sponsor willfurnishthe final copy of any item to be distributed to the Chapter’s supplied mailing list to the Chapter Board for review and approval.
  8. The Chapter reserves the right to revoke a Sponsorship in the event of violations against any of the above covenants, or the Chapter, in its sole judgment, deems the Sponsor’s business practices or communications to be inconsistent with the Chapter’s organizational values and/or member interests.
  9. All Chapter Sponsors shall receive copies of Chapter’s publications.
  10. The Sponsor’s participation is non-refundable; however, Sponsors may be able to increase their level of membership during the Sponsorship year if they so choose and such opportunities are available.
