About Rural Lending:

Rural Lending was Launched in July 2013 with an objective is to provide retail financing services in rural sector and offer a range of financial products and services to our Customers. BFL focuses on secured lending against a wide range of products like Gold Loans, Re-finance, Personal Loans, EMI Card, Insurance and Consumer Durable Finance focusing on the rural and semi-urban sector.

JOB DISCRIPTION

Role1: Executive Sale (Sales & Collections)

•Responsible for Achieving business targets for all products

•Manage Distribution through Dealer, Broker & Franchisee and servicing them, and their concerns in an appropriate manner.

•Managing & Maintaining Customer Relationships

•Conduct Business promotion activity ,door to door calls, canopy activity in potential areas hart bazaars for business development

•Ensure timely collection from customer in time and accounting of cash.

•Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio

•Ensure timely collection from customer in time and accounting of cash.

Role 2: Executive Credit Operations

•Achieve Branch target on indicators – Credit Metrics / Operations Metrics / Gold Loan Metrics.

•Ensuring policy adherence to all credit and operations Process & Policies and meeting TAT

•Coordinate with Sales& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT

•Support in Branch Admin Activities.

•Maintain Minimal Errors in Audit Report published by HO.

Role 3: Executive Customer Support

•Implementation of cash Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.

•Daily cash collection / updating and deposition and reporting of the same

•Cross selling the insurance and other products to walk in customers.

•Attending walk in customers and solving their issue and maintaining 100 % Customer satisfaction level.

  • The starting package is Rs.1.25 + 25% Incentive+ Gratuity = CTC1.5 Lacs pa ( in hand salary of 8500)

The students would be provided a comprehensive training by Bajaj Finance Limited, on various

topics like Functional Skills, About the Role, and about the organization. The training location will be decided by the company depending on vacancy and other facilities, which might not be always the desired location of the candidates.
