ERICSSON DIGITAL (FEATURE) PHONE PROGRAMMING REQUEST TEMPLATE

The aim of this document is to help you to inform the engineer via your Telecom Representative of the function buttons you want programmed on a particular digital feature phone.

1.  Please state your extension in the blank space provided on the template which represents your digital handset

2.  Input the extensions you want programmed as monitor/ pick up function buttons in the white blank spaces on the relevant template. If you want to remove pre-programmed monitor/ pick up function buttons – please state what extension is currently monitored and the word REMOVE.

NOTE: Any white blank spaces left will remain as they are (i.e. blank if blank, programmed if programmed). Red text buttons cannot be changed.

3.  Save a version of the completed form for your records.

4.  Email a copy of your completed template to your Telecom Representative who will place your order.

5.  Telecom Rep will confirm engineer has carried out your request.

6.  Unclip and amend your digital handset’s designation card which tells you what function button is what, to reflect any new programming (see saved copy of the completed form).
