· Delmarva Chapter will be the host of this meeting in March 2015. Possibly at AGH?
· To better promote membership and participation, would like to have a promotional table at next CNE dinner about chapter and what we do. Would really be helpful to get our name out there to attendees that may not work in critical care areas. / Will bring items to April 16 dinner

Review of current job descriptions / Stacey compiled all chapter officer duties submitted by each of the current officers & chairs. Each position reviewed with updates and changes made to reflect current practices. The board decided to list the duties related to the Critical Care Conference separate from the primary duties of each role. A good discussion held around the time required for each role- each position is expected to attend the monthly meetings & the prep for them, so a minimum of 2 hours is listed for each role. Depending on the event calendar, some months may require more time & others less. / Final revisions to be made to duties. Once complete will be resent to board members. / Stacey

Chapter Awards / Please be thinking about possibilities for next year so we can begin the exemplar. We will be eligible for the President’s award again next year.
Treasurer’s Report / Balance= $21,841.62. Deduct $2500 for bulk membership order; balance $19,341.62 / Mandy

July 2014 CNE:
· Need speaker/topic ideas; possibly trauma?
· JHH speakers’ bureau has options. Have in Cambridge?

· Annual EBP conference sponsored by PRMC/STTI/AGH. Planning team is looking for posters on EBP/best practice/research.
· We could possibly partner with them next year; offer CNE?
CCC 2014:

Ideas for spring project:
· Present at schools/scouts
· Volunteer at homeless shelter

NTI Scholarship Application / 3 applications received- Deborah Clayton, Colleen Mooney, & Stacey Propper. Stacey pulled her application out- unable to attend.
We typically award 4 scholarships, 2 @ $420 & 2 @ $210. Since there were only 2 applicants, will use additional money for those two. Each will receive $630. / Colleen & Deborah will each receive $630 towards NTI.
Region IV Update / Great conference! Able to network amongst other chapters & share some really good ideas.
Merit points system- varied amongst chapters; some chapters pay for President and Pres elect to attend NTI each year.
Website- Add chapter meeting dates. Also add mission & vision statements
Legacy Programs- opportunity to collaborate with students?
Charter Renewal / Due by the end of June. Effective for 3 years. Only noticeable change is non-employee compensation form due date changed.
Open Forum / Region IV 2015 will be hosted by Delmarva Chapter
· Friday dinner (typically vendor sponsored education) & Saturday conference
· Will need vendors & speakers
· Possibly hold @ AGH? Harrison group hotel? / Need to contact AGH to see if they have conference space available. Contact Harrison group for block of hotel rooms & possibly conference space if AGH space inadequate/unavailable.
