Q:How do I download the AACAP Annual Meeting App?
A: Click here if you have an Apple device. Click here if you have an Android Device.
Q: If I have a Blackberry can I still use the AACAP Annual Meeting App?
A: Yes, visit the mobile version of the App by clicking here.
Q: What if I don’t know my Apple ID to download the App?
A: Visit this Apple Website to recover your login.
Q: What if I don’t know my login for the Android Marketplace?
A:Visit this Google Play website to recover your login.
Q: I downloaded the App last year. Do I need to download it again?
A:You will need to update your app to receive the 2013 content. Please visit the iTunes Store or the Android Marketplace to do so. If you see the San Francisco skyline when you open the app, you need to update your app.
Q: The app keeps freezing. What do I do?
A: Your best bet is to uninstall the app from your device and then reinstall it. This will often do the trick. This problem is often device related so you may have low memory or another issue with your device that is effecting the operation of the Annual Meeting App.
Q: How do I log onto the wireless network?
A: There will be free wireless access through the meeting at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. To access the wireless network at the Dolphin Hotel please use the following information:

Password: aacap2013
Q: I can’t connect to the internet. Can I still use the App?
A: Yes, however several features that require internet access will be disabled such as messaging, syncing your schedule, accessing handouts, and completing session evaluations.
Q: How do I access a handout for a session through the app?
A: Find the session you are looking for in the Program Schedule. Once you find it, click on the session so you are in the Session Details screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and there will be a button called Handouts. If you do not see this button, it means the presenters for this session did not upload any materials. While we highly encourage presenters to upload their materials, not all presenters choose to do so.
