Addendum: Nora En Pure Giveaway
In addition to 5FM’s standard Competition Terms and Conditions, the below conditions also apply for the Nora En Pure giveaway conducted on 5FM’s social media platforms, from Monday, 21 March 2016 to Friday, 25 March 2016.
a) The competition and mechanics will be announced on 5FM’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
b) The prize is 5 x general access tickets to Nora En Pure in South Africa in the city stipulated by the social media post.
c) Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
d) The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food or beverage and anything not detailed in the prize description.
e) The winner must be able to take up the prize on the date of the event. Should a winner not be able to take up the prize, they will forfeit the prize. Concert dates are as follows:
- Johannesburg: Thursday 24 March 2016 at Carfax
- Cape Town: Saturday 26 March 2016 at Shimmy Beach Club
- Durban: Sunday 27 March 2016 at Taco Zulu Cocktail Bar and Absolute Nightclub, Florida Road Street Party
f) Venue age restrictions may apply.
g) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 5FM and the promoter accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, 5FM and the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. To the extent permitted by law: (a) 5FM and the promoter make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
h) The winners will be contacted via social media and prize arrangements will be made with the winners.
