What’s a typical day like at sea? Well, I always get up at 6 a.m. and we usually have
breakfast at 6:30. We sometimes have just coffee and toast. At 8 a.m. I am on watch for three
hours. At midday I start cooking lunch and we have lunch at 1 o’clock. In the afternoon we are
usually free. We generally read and sunbathe. At 5 p.m. I check my mails and at 6 p.m. we always
