B.REGISTRATION FEES:

All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 14% VAT.

NB: All registration fees are payable on/before 31August 2014 (for the cancellation and refund policy please see the Terms and Conditions below).

The fees include attendance of the opening ceremony (in the form of cocktail function) to be held on the evening of the 25th of September 2014, as well as the function to be held on the evening of the 26th of September 2014, various tea/coffee breaks and lunch. The fees are payable by presenters and non-presenters alike.

The fees are as follows:

Attendance of one day only (either 26 or 27 September 2014): 1500 ZAR

Attendance of both days (26and 27 September 2014): 2500 ZAR

D. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a)It is reiterated that bank transfer and receiving charges are to be paid by the sender (registrant) and therefore must not be deducted from the registration fee. If the correct amount is not received, you will be asked to pay the balance in cash upon registration.

b)No fee-waiver or sponsorship funds are available for participants.

c)A receipt is only issued for the actual amount paid by the participant.

d)CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

i)The cancellation deadline is strictly 31 August 2014.

ii)For refunds for cancellations before 31 August 2014, payments will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.

iii)There will be no refund of payment for cancellations received after 31 August 2014.

iv)A request for a refund must be made in writing.

v)Name changes will not be accepted unless the participant is from the same institution.

vi)All refunds will be processed after the event.
