- I will not be pursuing the MadeAtCI campaign but rather purchasing promotional items that promote Student Government.

-Currently dying of anticipation of how our SIRF fee will be handled by the Board of Trustees.

  • Many campuses are requiring incoming freshmen to go through an informative session on sexual assault. Meet with Ariana Robles and Angie Caudillo to see what kind of presentation they have set up for incoming students

  • Campus smoking policy update – work in progress – being look at by Cindy/Vanessa
  • Healthier food options – research/talking stages – Next Step Unknown
  • Food sharing programs – research/talking stages – Next Step Unknown
  • Skateboarding policy reminder – working with RHA to inform residents – Chillin
  • Tavern Shuttle - “No formal shuttle, university liability. Emergency situations ideal though.”
  • SIRF Fee informing residents – pending more information – waiting for better marketing tactics
  • Santa Rosa Housing – being built

  • Intercultural Center
  • Continue to work with the on-campus center for joint events and activities.
  • Develop a closer relationship with the staff to be more involved in the planning stages of these events.
  • EOP Graduation
  • Work with campus administrators as well as EOP / SSS / PATH leaders to look into this possibility.
  • Need to gauge desire for an event such as this, as well as coordinate the logistics.
  • LGBT Affairs
  • Work with SPECTRUM on upcoming events.
  • Participate in and hopefully speak at Day of Silence event in April.
  • Relay for Life
  • Investigate the possibility of Student Government involvement at the event.
  • Social Justice Projects
  • Working in conjunction with Senator Yepez to strengthen both of our projects.
