Entry Fees: $15 per entry for non-EGA members. $10 per entry for EGA** members.
Eligibility:This is anopen juried show. David Lobenberg, MA, WASP will judge. Artists must be 18years of age or older.
Receiving Date:Friday, May 4th, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Elk Grove Park Pavilion 9950 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, CA.
Art not selected for the Show:You will be notified immediately.
Date of Pickup for Show Entries: Sunday – May 6th at 6:00 to 7:00pm, Elk Grove Park Pavilion 9950 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, CA. Art not picked up will be set aside for fund raising purposes for EGA.

Eligible Work:All artmust be original—conceived and created solely by the entering artist and completed within the last two years. Art submitted in previous Art of Excellence Shows will not be accepted for entry.
Sales: Must be madedirectly with artist after the show. The buyer’s contact information will be given to the artist. 10% of art sales is requested as a donation to EGA, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
Entry Forms and Fee Deadline: The entry form, fees and artwork photos as jpegs must be received no later than, end-of-business day, Saturday, April 21, 2018.
Limit four entries per person. $15 per piece of art.
Email entry forms and artwork photos as jpeg images to . Pay fee using PayPal Button on elkgroveartistsca.org. You may submit your entry form on line by COPY, SAVE to FILE. Attach completed forms to EGA email.
Size limitations:Works may be no larger than 40 x 40 on any one side including frame. Three-dimensional pieces are subject to size limitations and approval.
Art Framing:Frames must be in good condition and must be wired for hanging—no saw tooth hangers or tape.
Liability:All reasonable care will be taken in handling artwork;however, our officers and volunteers will not be responsible for loss or damage to paintings or other artwork. We do suggest you carry separate insurance on your artwork.
