Note: A selection art committee will review all works submitted and will make a final selection based on adherence to the theme of the show (peace and justice), inclusiveness and space permitting.

Artists whose works have been selected will be notified by January 25, 2016

Installation/De-installation: Artists deliver to the Palais of the Unesco labeled and ready to hang selected works (dates and times to be determined later) AND pick-up work at the Palais of the Unesco after the closing of the show (dates and times to be determined later)

Show opens Friday February 19 at 6 pm and closes Thursday February 25 at 9 pm.

Sales: 20% to finance SOS Art

Insurance: Works are not insured. The Palais de l’Unesco, however, is a safe, secure and well guarded place.

Cocktail: There will be a cocktail at the opening reception (Friday February 19, 6pm - 9pm).

Program of events: A Festival of the arts on the themes of peace and justice will take place at the Unesco the entire day of Saturday February 20 (Program to be announced in January 2016). It may include: Poetry reading, music, performances, movies, lectures and debates…all pertaining to the themes of peace and justice

1) To be considered for the show, the selection art committee requests that a 5 line maximum biography and a 5 line maximum statement about your works and their relationship to the theme (peace and justice) of the show accompany your application. They may be used in the documenting book that will follow the show.
