2017 FESTIVAL DETAILS

(FREE PUBLIC ADMISSION-Parking $1)

Friday August 25th (11am-5pm)

Saturday August 26th (10am-5pm)

Sunday August 27th (10am-4pm)

LOCATION: Buildings on the Amana Colonies RV Park Grounds ( Air – conditioned)

(NW of Amana near the intersection of Iowa Highways 151 and 220)

SETUP: Thursday, August 24th(Noon to 6pm), Friday, August 25th (7am-11am)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Any person, group or business that is related to “wood.” For crafters, your creations should have at least 75% wood content. For commercial participants, your items, displays, products and services must relate to wood in some logical manner. Applicants will be classified into the following categories;

CRAFTER: Those crafters who make wood items themselves available for display and sale. (Disqualified items on display will be requested for removal during this event.)

CLUB: Any club, organization, association that is wood-related and holds a non-profit (IRS) status.

COMMERCIAL: Any business that has wood related products, supplies and/or equipment of contracts for wood related services.

Liability Clause: I understand and agree that the sponsor of said event reserves the right to cancel this rental space agreement for whatever reason it deems necessary. I also herby release the show sponsor, Amana Arts Guild, the Amana RV Park, the Amana Society Inc. their officers, employees, volunteers, agents and any and all personnel connected with the show from any liability for injury and loss or damage of merchandise arising from the Woodfest. The above named also shall not in any way be held liable for the loss of life to persons or damage to property of either the exhibitors or the exhibitor’s workers or employees. I will be solely responsible for my own product’s liability. I have read all rules of the show and agree to abide by them. If I don’t adhere to all rules of the show or if I misrepresent my work, my company, or myself I will be asked to leave the show. I agree to indemnity and hold all of the above named harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by myself or any third party due to or arising out of my applying to this show, or in my participation of this show.

Cleared check is confirmation for acceptance. If any requests are not available when received, the administrator will contact and negotiate status. Refunds will be made if requested on an individual basis: Cancellations will be honored if space(s) are re-occupied by August 15th. If a waiting list results, applicants will be notified and spaces will then be assigned on a first come basis.
