Head of the Finance Banking Department
I am working as a chairman of the Finance & Banking department at Mutah University. My major responsibilities were the following:
1.  Being the chairman of the department executive board.
2.  Distributing the modules to the lecturers in the department according to their specialization and contacting the dean of the faculty for his approval.
3.  Recommending opening classes for student registration when the offered one is fully occupied.
4.  Controlling the lecturer attendance and performance in the department.
5.  Reporting annually the lecturing, academic supervision, scientific researches published, and the social activities organized by the department.
6.  Allocating the weekly hours work concerning the supervision, office hours, and the department committees among the departments' lecturers.
7.  The cooperation with the Registration Unit in the university concerning the modules offered for registration in the next semester, its timing, and the number of classes for each module.
