The policy of this funeral home requires all accounts
be paid in full at the time of the arrangement conference.
Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF $1,845.00
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding and receiving remains.) This fee includes the following; personnel available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to respond to initial call for service, arrangement conference and coordination of clergy, cemetery or crematory and other parties involved with the final disposition of the deceased, clerical staff for securing and recording the death certificate and disposition permit.
PREPARATION OF THE BODY:
Embalming $ 375.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.
Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral
arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want
embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does
not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Special care for autopsied remains $ 225.00
Refrigeration (California law requires refrigeration of unembalmed $ 225.00
remains after 24 hours) fee includes up to four (4) days
(96 hours) usage, thereafter it is $35.00 per day.
Other Preparation of Remains - Embalmed $ 175.00
(dressing, normal cosmetology, casketing)
Other Preparation of Remains - Unembalmed $ 265.00

Professional Hairdressing (additional charge for hair coloring or cut) $ 75.00

FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME: $ 1,975.00
This charge includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, transfer of the deceased to
the funeral home within a 30 mile radius, embalming, other preparation, and transport to airport
within a 30 mile radius. This fee does not include merchandise, visitation, funeral services, consular coordination, shipping charges, or any accommodation items.
RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME: $ 1,555.00
This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of the deceased to the funeral home from airport or other common carrier and transportation of remains by service vehicle to the cemetery or crematory both within a 30 mile radius. This charge does not include preparation of the remains, any merchandise, shipping charges, accommodation items, visitation or ceremonies.
DIRECT CREMATION: $ 1,730.00 to $ 10,725.00
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without outside covering.) The containers we provide include containers made of wood, fiberboard, and composite materials. You may use your own container (provided it meets crematory and regulatory requirements of rigidity, opaqueness and is leak proof), or a wood casket.
This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, refrigeration, transfer of deceased to the funeral home and service vehicle to crematory both within a 30 mile radius. Cremation will be scheduled at service provider’s convenience . This charge does not include merchandise, crematory fees, visitation or services at funeral home or elsewhere. Traditional cremation services including visitation with an open or closed casket can be arranged. (Continued on next page)

You may choose from our customized options on the itemized price list. A wood casket may be selected which will be cremated with the deceased. Another option is using the rental casket with a replaceable insert, which is the item used to encase the body through cremation.

This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, refrigeration, placement in casket, transfer of deceased to the funeral home and service vehicle to cemetery both within 30 mile radius. Burial will be scheduled at service provider’s convenience . This charge does not include dressing, merchandise, cemetery fees, visitation or services at the funeral home, graveside or elsewhere.
