· Joined effort with geological and engineering team to exploit the Woodbine formation and lower cretaceous formations within the Brazos Basin. Successfully developed and presented business plan that resulted in $100M commitment from capital sponsor.

· Pro-actively identified, sought and develop significant and impactful business opportunities that are in areas of interest. Built rapport and maintained mutually successful relationships with lessors, government officials and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.

· Advised partners regarding strategic land issues and potential opportunities and risks associated with various land issues.

· Coordinate title opinions and curative and request title approval for drilling and division order purposes. Assist the Division Order group with initial ownership set up.

· Acquired prospective acreage in the Woodbine/”Eaglebine” trend in Madison & Leon County, Texas. Successfully negotiated the trades with industry partners in drilling commitments including royalty and carried interests in addition to the cash consideration.

· Recapitalized and restructured. Continued to acquire prospective acreage in the Upper Shelf Bossier, Cotton Valley and Deep Bossier Plays in 2007 resulting in the drilling and completion of 15 deep gas wells and the sale of a large cutting edge Knowles Reef Prospect to XTO. In late 2008 sold all properties and prospects resulting in a profit for the venture.

September 2005 – March 2007 First Source Energy LP

· Founding, capitalizing and leading the 2006 effort to acquire significant positions within the East Texas Deep Bossier Play culminating a in $10 Million dollar net profit on a $2 million dollar investment. Successfully negotiated the trades with industry partners covering 38,000 net acres resulting in drilling commitments which included royalty and carried interests in addition to the cash consideration.

· Responsible for land and right of way activities for three gathering systems, including 11 gathering and treating facilities as well as the corresponding gathering and transmission lines. Supervised 6 field agents in the maintenance and acquisition of real property (fee), rights of way, surface leases and easements from both private parties and government agencies. Negotiated and acquired reciprocal agreements from other major transmission and marketing entities. This included all title, lease acquisition and permitting required for 3-D seismic data acquisition. Supervised land related activities during data acquisition from inception to completion.

· Data was acquired over mature fields in the region and required the negotiation and execution of various trade agreements from production organizations whose interests were included in the AMI.

· Responsibilities included managing, assist and perform duties relative to the input of all land record information into land system as to set-up and maintenance of all oil and gas leases and other land contracts.

· Experience included managing Lead and Field Brokers and leasing programs, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control of acquisition programs.
