1.  Texas SET Meeting

2.  RMS update
§  RMGRRs – RMGRR046, RMGRR047 – RMS Approved; going to TAC
§  POLR Workshop - Mass Transition Timeline occurring over a weekend or holiday
o  Notes from this discussion will be sent out separately
o  Follow-up Texas SET Conference call will be scheduled for January 3, 2007 from 2:30 – 5:00.
o  RMGRR will need to be written for implementation prior to July 1, 2007 based on the weekend/holiday mass transition timeline. The sections that may need to change were reviewed and highlighted. Susan Munson will work with ERCOT Market Rules to get this started.
3.  New Issues/Discussion Items
§  Visio Swimlane Sub-team
o  Kyle Patrick will incorporate changes provided by ERCOT Retail Customer Choice team into master copy of the modified and new swimlanes and send them out to the Texas SET listserv for comments.
4.  MCT Update to TX SET
§  No update from MCT since all meeting attendees attended the MCT meeting on 12/11
5.  New Issues/Discussion Items: PRR for New ESI ID 48-Hour Retry Queue
§  Reviewed the PRR language to be added to Section 15.4.1.4 and slightly modified wording.
6.  Texas SET 2006 Accomplishments/2007 Goals
§  A brainstorming session was held to create lists of 2006 Accomplishments and 2007 Goals for RMS
7.  Follow-up on Previous Issues
§  Update on Texas SET Issue 44
o  Catherine Meiners researched Issue 044 and found out that the root cause is a data problem causing zip code searches in TML to not function correctly. ERCOT has performed a data fix and will continue to do so weekly until a system correction is implemented through a SIR in the February Retail Release.
8.  Discussion on 2007 Meeting dates and locations
§  Due to a scarcity of meeting rooms at ERCOT’s Met Center location, it was mentioned that other Market Participants will need to host some meetings. Several attendees volunteered. Kathy Scott put in a request with Brittney Albracht of ERCOT for available dates at the Met Center for the first 3 months of 2007. Kathy will notify the Texas SET group of those dates/locations as soon as they are confirmed.

1.  Kathy Scott to schedule follow-up Texas SET Conference call for January 3, 2007 from 2:30 – 5:00.
