Job Responsibilities:

· Daily STOP Cards update, motivate crew on board for STOP Card participation to keep up safe job practice on board.

· To update the crew with Company HSE Policy & trainings requirement on board.

· To carry out safety related training of crew on board & update training Matrix.

· Daily pre-tour Safety meetings to discuss the current safety related issues on board & also the Daily Safety Alerts to keep up safe job practice on board.

· To address weekly safety meetings to discuss the ongoing safety related issues & measures to keep up safe work atmosphere on board.

· To keep the update records of Weekly safety meetings, Daily Safety Alerts, Incidents on board(Work related / non work related) & submit the details of the same to the company manager.

· Ensure Safety equipment is in good condition and where appropriate, is certified in accordance with requirements.

· To supervise whether the crew on board (including Clients & sub contractors) are following the Company HSE Policy on board during their routine assigned task. Encourage & motivate them to keep up safe job practice on board.

· Prepare Incident report & carry out the investigation to minimise or to keep up safe job practice on board.

· To Participate in Weekly fire drill & Casualty drill;

· Trainings to crew in stretcher team for their role in such emergency on board.

· Assist, recommend and advise the OIM, department supervisors and crews on HSE and training matters.

· Provide the vital link between the HSE and training organizations onshore and the offshore workforce.

· Implement the instructions of the HSE Manager in the offshore environment.

· Proactive in all matters concerning the safety and welfare of all personnel onboard.

· Coordinate training program to ensure all rig personnel have undergone the relevant, formal training appropriate for their position and duty.

· Maintain the rig Training Matrix identified for each rig person.

· Make logistical arrangements and to ensure availability of training materials.
