Dear Parents,
As you may or may not know, The Emmaus High School freshman basketball teams are hosting a Coaches vs Cancer basketball tournament over the Holiday break on Thursday, December 27th and Friday, December 28th. Many volunteers are needed to make this annual event successful. We are reaching out to the Middle school girls to help us on Thursday the 27th. We are looking for the girls to serve as door monitors to check for hand stamps as people enter the gym to be sure they paid. There is usually no issue, but we would like people there to be sure. We would need two girls at each of the two gym doors. The girls would work 1.5 hour shifts starting at 9:45 and ending at 3:45. This would be a great way for the girls to experience and support the high school basketball program and hopefully see some great games at the same time.
