NOTICE OF HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO
THE TEXT OF VILLAGE ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the Village of North Barrington will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda, to consider a Petition filed by Biltmore Country Club for Rezoning from R-3 to C Zoning District for the property located at 530 Castleview Court, North Barrington, Illinois and described as follows:
Lots 8, 9 and 10 in Block 2 of Biltmore Country Estates, Unit Number 1, being a Subdivision of part of Section 13, Township 43 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded July 30, 1926 as Document Number 283687 in Book “Q” of Plats, page 12 to 15, in Lake County, Illinois.

The Hearing will be held at the Village Hall meeting Room, 111 Old Barrington Road, North Barrington, Illinois. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard, present evidence and statements and ask questions.
Copies of the proposed Petition for Rezoning are available for inspection at the North Barrington Village Hall Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m..
