Video Permission Slip
Dear Parents/Guardians of Swartz Creek High School Choir Students:
As a member of the Genesee Intermediate School District’s GenNET Pioneers, I am required to incorporate different technology in the classroom and evaluate the effectiveness of each practice. I have selected web-content as my main technology. I would ask for your permission to digitally record video of our rehearsals, which will be uploaded to a private, password protected server so that students may download, watch, and practice with rehearsals. If you decide that you do not want your student in classroom video, your student will sit outside of the camera’s view while we record the class. The website can be reached at www.scchoirs.org or choirs.infamousleucks.com. I ask that you return this letter with your decision by September 15th, 2006. Returning this letter will count as an assignment for your choir student. If you have questions or concerns, please email me at or call me at 810.591.1854.
