Timothy P. Pellegrin was named Vice President – Finance, Power and M&A, PSEG Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG), effective October 2017. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the finance team supporting PSEG Power for financial planning, analysis and management reporting, as well as leading the Corporate Development and Valuation team. He will also continue to manage the Energy Holdings portfolio.

Mr. Pellegrin joined the company in 2012 as Director, M&A and Business Development and was later named Executive Director, Corporate Development & Valuation. During this time he was responsible for leading all corporate and asset-level merger and acquisition activities for both the regulated electric and gas utility operations as well as the non-regulated power generation business. Mr. Pellegrin served as one of PSEG’s representatives on the board of managers of the PennEast Pipeline.

Mr. Pellegrin previously held investment banking positions in M&A at Miller Buckfire & Company, Chanin Capital Partners and Prudential Securities. Prior to investment banking, he held positions in the audit and tax departments at Price Waterhouse, where he became a certified public accountant. Mr. Pellegrin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Columbia Business School and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College.
