Vender’s Contract/Selling Rules:
As a seller, you agree to accurately describe the items for which you are selling. In addition to you agree $200 non-refundable, vendor fee which will be due on February 1, 2012.
There are some things that you may not list or sell under any circumstances. These include:
· Any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, stature, ordinance or regulation.
· Items that you do not have the legal right to sell.
· Any item(s) that infringes or violates anyone’s rights.
· Food, other than packaged food meeting all applicable federal, state, and local standards for sale to consumers by commercial merchants.
· Alcoholic beverages
· Cigarettes
· Stolen goods
· Firearms
· Any item which, in Big XII Committee’s sole discretion, is inflammatory, or offensive.
You agree that the Big XII Committee, in its sole discretion, may terminate any use of the Big XII Conference booth immediately and without notice if (a) Big XII Committee believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of this agreement, or (b) if The Big XII Committee believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of buyers.
