Vacancy: Customer Service Advisor (12 Month FTC)

Salary: 17,340.00 pro-rated for part time staff

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Part-time – 20 hours per week

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team. Working in a busy environment you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include taking telephone calls, responding to emails and letters and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with our service strategy.

You will be able to demonstrate:

A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills are essential. A knowledge of housing issues and clear writing skills would be beneficial.
