21 children were matched one-on one with positive adult role models who are their friends and mentors through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
276 youth participated in programs that build character, citizenship, and develop personal fitness through Boy Scout programs.
290 girls and young women gained courage, confidence and character through Girl Scout programs.
86 youth were engaged in life-enhancing programs that help them grow into responsible, productive adults as part of after-school and summer programs at the Boys & Girls Club.
57 volunteers were recruited and coordinated in community services opportunities that are challenging, rewarding and educational through Volunteer Macon and Houston.
52 callers obtained social service information and referral assistance from United Way 2-1-1.
212 individuals were either trained in disaster prevention and preparedness or received direct assistance including; meeting basic needs, counseling and referral by the American Red Cross.
53 armed forces members and their families received emergency communications or referrals to Financial assistance provided by military aid society, referrals and counseling services through the American Red Cross.
22 individuals, primarily women and their children, utilized crisis intervention services, safe shelter, or support and recovery services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence through Crisis Line & Safe House.
32 individuals called a 24-hour crisis hotline available to victims of domestic violence from Crisis Line & Safe House.
320 individuals, couples & families received therapy or attended therapeutic workshops and seminars offered through Family Counseling Center.

40 people received emergency assistance with basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter through the Salvation Army.
5 food pantries obtained 207,655 lbs of food from the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank for distribution to needy families. This was a savings of $416,348.28 in food costs.
84 individuals participated in community education and outreach programs as well as individualized counseling relating to money and credit management through Consumer Credit Counseling Service.
25 pregnant women and families with young children received financial & emotional support through life skills and education from Family Advancement Ministries.
