Troop Camp Certified Volunteer Award – Recognizes Girl Scout Troop Certified Volunteers who have demonstrated their dedication to taking girls outdoors.

·  Nominee must currently hold a GSNETX camping or On the Road Camping certificate

·  Nominee must have guided a troop/group of girls on an overnight experience at a GSNETX camp facility in the last 18 months

·  Nominee must have participated in an additional outdoor experience with Girl Scout girls and/or adults within the last 3 membership years

·  Volunteer role requirements will be verified by review of council system data

·  This award may be earned up to 5 times

·  This award is presented at local recognition events

·  One nomination is required from an adult who is not a family member of the nominee

·  Experiences must be new and not previously submitted for past awards received

·  Additional letters/nominations from girls of all levels are especially enjoyed by the recipient of the award
