CAMPING on the Fairgrounds is $20 per night or $40 for three nights. There will be restrooms and stall showers available. Horse stalls are available for a flat fee for 1 or up to 4 nights all same price see page 6 of this form. Note: The city of Norco cannot guarantee electricity 24/7 so those who need medical equipment during their stay should come prepared with their own back-up power generator in their RV just in case.

RENDEZVOUS TRAIL RIDES
Pre–Ride -Thursday– March 20, 2014 10:00 a.m.
Ride the hills and streets of Norco on a guided trail ride. We will leave Ingalls Park at 10:00 a.m. for approximately a two hour ride on the trails and hills of Norco. There will be some street crossings and traffic – barking dogs and other riders. Unexpected activities and noise at resident’s homes should also be expected.

Post-ride – Monday – March 24, 2014 10:00 a.m.
We will leave Ingalls Park at 10:00 a.m. and ride the street-side trails to the Santa Ana River bottom on a guided ride. The ride will last about 2 1/2 hours. There are numerous wide water crossings, some street crossings, shaded deep sandy trails, and possibly some muddy trails.

*Please remember to reserve a stall on page 8 if you are bringing your horse for the rides – You may NOT tie horses to trailers overnight.
Packing 101: Live animals will be used and includes a pack saddle fitting class. Classes are free but size is limited. Sign-up below or at Rendezvous. There will be iron mules set up with experienced packers to help you perfect your hitches from Friday until Sunday.

Table Decorations Contest: Tables will be assigned by the Table Decorations Committee by 10 am on Friday. Units may begin decorating @ 10 am until Friday at 5pm. The judging will take place after 5 pm and awards presented at Friday evening's award presentation. All units that decorate a table will automatically be entered. The BCHC unit name must be clearly visible. Entries over 3' tall will be disqualified. Winner of the Best Overall category is responsible for coordinating and judging next year's table decoration contest. Judge's decisions are final. ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE TABLES BY NOON ON SATURDAY!! Please remember that Saturday dinner is open seating with the public present. As BCHC members, we are the hosts and should extend a warm welcome to other members as well as the public to join us at our tables.
