CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
Deposit 08/31/2013 and 11/14/2013 $200.00
Between 11/15/2013 and 02/28/2014 $1,500.00 per person
Between 03/01/2014 and date of departure Entire tour amount is
non refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We firmly recommend Travel Insurance.
All hotels and inclusions are paid in Euros, at the rate of exchange as of 8 April, 2013 therefore should there be a currency fluctuation and the dollar deviates significantly, the tour cost will be adjusted accordingly.
NOT INCLUDED: Expenses of passports and visa’s, lunches, beverages with included meals, personal expenses such as laundry and telephone charges, excess baggage charges, transportation charges resulting from a deviation from the printed itinerary.

TravelPals LLC assumes no liability for injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage to person or property, or additional costs relating to fire, acts of God or Government, theft and cancellations over which we have no control. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person at any time should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the welfare and enjoyment of other clients.
