PROBATE JUDGE

The Town of Scituate, Rhode Island is seeking qualified candidates to serve as the Probate Judge for the Scituate Probate Court. The position will be appointed by the Town Council for a term to be determined.

Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice as an attorney before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and must be engaged in the active practice of law in the State of Rhode Island. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Rhode Island Bar with five years’ experience as a practicing attorney. The Probate Court meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am.
