Title: Curriculum Development Video Editor

Employer: Indiana Community Action Association, a small not-for-profit corporation located in the Northwest part of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana

Requirements:

· Maintain a drug-free workplace subject to random drug testing

· Maintain a valid Indiana driver’s license and to travel throughout Indiana

· Ability to work well within a team structure

· Complete understanding of non-linear editing in Final Cut Pro software

· Good overall understanding of state of the art computer and hardware technology as it applies to photo and video production

· Excellent knowledge and experience with animation software such as Flash and Apple Motion

· Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator and After Effects

· Excellent general computer skills

Tasks:

· Using selected software to edit video and still photography into segments for use in classroom training and videoconferencing

· Effectively catalogue and archive video and photo files on computer format

· Respond to team goals as it relates to production issues

· Accomplish goals and timelines according to the INCAA training plan

· Capture good quality video and audio in a studio and field environment

Background Familiarity With:

· Building design, construction and residential energy efficiency

· Web-site development especially streaming video production and video networking

· General IT as it applies to software set-up, upgrades and troubleshooting

· Standard definition and high definition video as well as still photography

Supervision: No direct supervisory responsibilities

Pay Level: Negotiable depending upon experience and resources available

Time Frame: Have a candidate selected within a week of the closing date
