Thursday evening, June 5 – early bird gathering, lobby, Mystic Marriott

Friday, June 6

Huckster room open 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; after supper until 11:00 pm (set up starting at 8:00 am)

Morning: optional excursions (see listing below)

Afternoon and evening, planned excursion – guided tour of the Mashantucket Pequot Museum (minimum ten participants, fee of $10 each), followed by Dutch-treat supper at Foxwoods Casino

Saturday, June 7

Huckster room open 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (closed for panel and auction)

Morning, planned excursion – book crawl at the Book Barn, Niantic

Afternoon

1:00 – Panel discussion, The West in Edgar Rice Burroughs Life and Works

2:30 – Mini-auction to defray hosting expenses (any excess receipts to be dedicated to establishment of a New England chapter of the Burroughs Bibliphiles or to be donated to Burroughs Bibliophiles)

Evening: banquet 6:00 pm (banquet room remains open to us until 11:00 pm)
