August 21, 2008: Dutchess County Fair----Rhinebeck, NY:
This was the first time we played at the Dutchess County Fair, and we hope it won’t be our last, as this was a huge fair and there were a ton of people! And, we were provided great hospitality! Bob Grems (Dutchess County Fair General Manager) booked us and treated us great! Jason Marks was the stage manager, and he was right on the ball. Joe Daily from 92.1fm in Poughkeepsie dug our band and was great to us! Special thanks to Bob, Jason, and Joe! Each set today was supposed to be 45 minutes, but the act that went on before our 2nd set not only started late, than ran over their time slot late, too. So, we shortened our 2nd set to help the venue get back on schedule. Anyway, here’s the list of tunes we did:
