Purpose: To illuminate the role of the Clinical Nurse Leader in transforming health care through the enhancement of patient and staff satisfaction, and improvement of clinical outcomes.
Objective:
1. Describe the evolution of the CNL role.
2. Analyze the unique contributions and clinical outcomes made by the CNL in leading change within the health care delivery system.
3. Disseminate best practice innovations and solutions that have resulted through the efforts of CNLs.
Targeted Audience: Nurses and nurse leaders interested in enhancing the quality of care.
Please join us to celebrate and highlight the extraordinary work being done by CNLs and the potential of the CNL role to transform health care in a multiplicity of practice settings.
