Alternates and Photogenic will receive a medal and Side Awards will be given a Certificate.
ALL 2017 QUEEN OF PINK QUEENS MUST ATTEND THE THINK PINK WALK ON OCTOBER 7TH IN RAGLEY, LA.
All proceeds from the pageant to the Queen of Pink Organization, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to help breast cancer patients in financial need to pay for treatments and other expenses.
The organization gives a $500 gift every month to help someone with breast cancer.
This is made possible through fundraisers and donations. A donation form is attached to this entry form.
Awards are given to contestants that raise donations for the organization (entry fee not included).
Donation Awards:
$25- $150 WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE, MEDAL, & Gift
$151- $249 WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE, MEDAL, & Monogrammed gift
$250 – up WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE, Monogrammed gift, BANNER & WILL BE CROWNED AS THEPRINCESS OF PINK
MOST DONATIONS RECEIVED – WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE, Monogrammed gift, BANNER & CROWNED AS THEAMBASSADOR OF PINK

Rules and General Information
Scores will not be posted, but will be emailed to email address on contestant’s form. Please allow 2 weeks post pageant to receive your scores. Modeling will be basic “T” formation with 1 "X" in back and 3 “X’s” in front of judges. Hair and make-up must be age appropriate. Dress Code must be adhered to. Bad sportsmanship or disrespect to Pageant Participants, Judges, Pageant or Festival Coordinators will not be tolerated. You will be disqualified and asked to leave without benefit of refund. 2016 Royalty may compete if they age up into next division with the exception of Jr. Miss, Miss, Ms, Lady, and Granny Divisions. No age grace period or bumping up to next age group; you must compete age you are on day of pageant. If contestant’s age is questioned, parent must provide copy of birth certificate to prove birth date. If any information on application is false, contestant will be required to forfeit any prizes/ title won to pageant committee and will be banned from future Queen of Pink pageants.
*Miss Queen will be contracted. The Miss Queen will not be able to compete for any other title & crown and must return to crown successor at the conclusion of her reign. The Miss Queen will receive a $500.00 scholarship at end of her reign provided terms of her contract have been met. A copy of the contract will be available to be reviewed at any time before the pageant. The Miss Queen CANNOT be married, divorced, or pregnant and MUST NOT get married or become pregnant (can’t live or be living with the opposite sex) during her reign. Contract MUST be signed by newly crowned queen immediately following the pageant. FAILURE TO SIGN CONTRACT WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION; THEREFORE MAKING THE FIRST ALTERNATE THE NEW QUEEN!*

**2017 Queen of Pink Royalty agree to sign a behavior contract that they will be properly dressed, groomed and behaved while representing the Queen of Pink Organization at all times during her reign and abide by the conditions of this contract or she will forfeit her title and all prizes to the Pageant Committee. No smoking or alcohol consumption during appearances and reign.**
All Queens and Princesses must stay until the end of their pageant session for group pictures and a short meeting with directors to sign behavior contracts.

Photogenic and side awards are included in the entry fee. One unframed photo (up to 8x10) can be brought to registration on the day of the pageant. Contestant’s name and age must be on the back of the photo. Do not mail photos.

I agree that the Pageant Committee, Queen of Pink Committee, or Water’s Edge Church will not be held responsible for any items lost or stolen, nor injuries sustained during the pageant, or any functions attended to represent Queen of Pink. I also agree to abide by the rules set forth by the pageant committee. Any unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund. I also give the pageant committee permission to use any photos taken of me for publishing on their website and /or for promotional and advertisement purposes. I agree to attend any events associated with the Queen of Pink Organization and any events determined by the committee. If crowned Queen, I agree to promote and attend the Think Pink Walk to be held on October 7th in Ragley, LA. I also acknowledge that, I will be a representative of the Queen of Pink Organization and agree to represent this title. If I do not promote and attend the Think Pink Walk or at any time my behavior and/or appearance is unbecoming to my title, I understand that I will be required to relinquish the Title, Crown and Banner to the director in the condition I received it.
