The 63rd Annual Art Exhibit

Dear Applying Artist,

It is with great pleasure that we extend to you an invitation to apply to the New York ASA’s 63rd Annual Art Exhibit,featuring works of contemprary Armenian artists. The event will be held on September 4-14, 2013 at Denise Bibro Fine Art (DBFA), located at 529 West 20th Street (Suite 4W) in Chelsea, Manhattan.

The New York ASA will make its selections based upon received entries. Submissions may only be sent via email (to ) with attached digital images that accurately represent the work that you will be submitting for the exhibition. Film/video artists who are interested in presenting their work are welcome to provide Internet links of their productions. (Please note: film/video artists must provide their own playback equipment for the exhibition.)

Completed application forms and images representing your work must be emailed by no later than Friday, June 21, 2013. Due to time constraints, late applications will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. All artists will be notified of the New York ASA’s decision by email after the applications have been reviewed. The New York ASA reserves the right to accept any, but not necessarily all, submissions from each applicant.

The Art Exhibit has grown successfully each year in the number of attendees, the quality of the work shown and the number of pieces sold. With the participation of so many professional artists, we are guaranteed a spectacular event for our 63rd annual exhibition. As well, we encourage artists of Armenian descent from all over the world – including those from Armenia – to apply.

We look forward to reviewing your application, and we'd like to encourage you to present your most ambitious works. Please review the enclosed Application Checklist for more details. In addition, kindly fill out the attached Artist Application Form, including a biography of yourself, and email it as part of your application by June 21, 2013.
