Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.  All Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the Organizing Committee.

2.  All Cancellation received on or before 1 September 2017 will be entitled for 70% refund; between 2-10 September 2017, 50% refund of the

registration amount paid.

3.  No refund will be issued for the Cancellation received after 10 September 2017

4.  No-shows will be billed for full amount of registration and will not be refunded.
